I am usually in the midst of reading around 6-8 books at a time…hello ADHD! Here are some of my latest favorite reads, as of May 2026.
FICTION:
Theo of Golden by, Allen Levi
If you have not read Theo by now, go now and get a copy!! I have read it twice already and plan to read it again, at least once a year. Wonderfully written, inspiring story…
The Correspondent by, Virginia Evans
Also one I have already read twice! It involves letter writing, which we do not do enough of anymore. Lost art, but hopefully books like this will inspire us to write down what is inside of us needing to be said and heard!
NON-FICTION:
The LET THEM theory by, Mel Robbins
Do I ever wish I had read a book like this when I was much younger! Life has taught me many of the common sense truths she points out. But, I find myself saying “Let Them” more often since reading this book…and meaning it!
NOTES & POEMS:
Getting Through What You’re Going Through by, Tanner Olson
Tanner is one of my favorite Substack writers. His poems are easy to follow, creative and bring me such encouragement! He has also written a precious children’s book, “All the Things I Say to God,” that I bought for all my grandchildren.
